# Webhooks
**Webhook URL** is the endpoint on your side that receives a GET or POST request from TADS when a user triggers an event. Optionally, you can add it when [creating a widget.](/docs/getting-started/publishers/create-widget.md)
The type of event that triggers the webhook is automatically defined by the widget format:
* For **TGB format**, the webhook is triggered **on ad click**.
* For **Fullscreen format**, the webhook is triggered **on ad view**.
Each POST request includes json object with the following data:
* **`telegram_id`** (string) – user Telegram ID
* **`widget_id`** (string) – ID of the widget where the ad was shown/clicked
Please make sure your webhook handler expects **exactly the same parameter names and types** as listed above.

# FAQ (EN)
Frequently asked questions about using our advertising platform for publishers.
How to set up integration?
Register in your personal account: [https://tads.me/register](https://tads.me/register?source=docs\&intent=publisher)\
Use the full integration guide to embed the widget into your app:
Where can I see integration examples?
TADS is integrated into 100+ Telegram Mini Apps. Here are a few examples:
[@dotcoin\_bot](https://t.me/dotcoin_bot)\
[@hamster\_fightclub\_bot](https://t.me/hamster_fightclub_bot)\
[@MatchMoney\_gamebot](https://t.me/MatchMoney_gamebot)\
[@space\_adventure\_game](https://t.me/space_adventure_game)\
[@checkrewards\_bot](https://t.me/checkrewards_bot)\
[@dreamcoin\_bot](https://t.me/dreamcoin_bot)\
[@BillyBobRobot](https://t.me/BillyBobRobot)
Where can I find my widget ID?
You can find the widget ID in your publisher dashboard → **Widgets** section → **#ID** column in the table.
Where can I find the Domain URL?
The Domain URL is the website address where your Mini App is hosted. If you have access to BotFather, follow these steps:
1. Open a chat with [**@BotFather**](https://t.me/BotFather)
2. Select your bot → **Edit Menu Button** → **Set Web App**
3. Copy the URL listed in the Web App settings — this is your Domain URL
If you don’t have access, ask the developer who configured the bot.
Why is no ad showing in my widget?
Here are the most common reasons:
1. The widget is running locally or in a test environment.\
The domain sending the requests must match the Domain URL linked to the widget in your personal account. You can register a new Site with a test Domain URL and temporarily link your widget to it.
2. Debug mode is enabled.\
In this case, only test ads will appear. To receive real ads, set the `debug` parameter to `false`
3. Event `adsNotFound` is triggered.\
This means no ad is currently available. Other users may still see ads at that moment — ad availability is personalized based on targeting settings.\
You can handle this event in your own way using the documentation:\
If everything looks correct and none of the above applies, please contact [our support](https://t.me/tads_manager).
How can I block some ad categories?
You can exclude specific categories in the **Categories** field when creating or editing a widget.
What affects my earnings?
Your earnings depend on how actively users engage with ads. The more visible your widget is, and the more real users view or click on ads (depending on the widget format), the higher your revenue.
Audience quality also matters — the more engaged and paying the users are, the higher the payout. For example, users with Telegram Premium or those located in Tier 1–2 countries typically generate higher revenue.
How do webhooks work?
A **Webhook URL** is an endpoint on your side that receives GET or POST requests when a user views or clicks an ad (depending on the widget type).\
To set it up, provide the URL when creating or editing a widget in your dashboard.
Full setup guide:
How often are payouts made?
Payouts are processed monthly, within 15 days after the end of each calendar month (net 15).
How do I withdraw my earnings?
To withdraw funds, send your wallet address to [our manager](https://t.me/tads_manager). The minimum payout amount is $50.\
Also you can request to transfer the funds to your advertiser balance.
Where can I get a referral code, and what are the terms?
Referral program terms:
* If you refer an advertiser:\
You earn + **5%** of their ad spend for 3 months\
The advertiser gets a + **5%** bonus on their first top-up
* If you refer a publisher (owner of Telegram Mini Apps):\
You receive + **5%** of their earnings for 3 months after they start using TADS widgets
To get a referral code, contact [our support](https://t.me/tads_manager).

# For Advertiser
Follow a few simple steps to reach your audience with TADS
### 1. Create an Account and Launch your Ad
Set up your account and start your ad campaign to drive quality traffic | [Launch Ad](https://docs.tads.me/getting-started/advertisers/launch-ad)
### 2. Analyze and Optimize
Manage your ad placements and refine your targeting to achieve the best possible results | [Ad Analysis](#id-2.-analyze-and-optimize)
---
# Launch Ad
## 1. Register personal account
Fill in your registration details [on the website](https://tads.me/register?source=docs\&intent=advertiser):
## 2. Create Ad
Click the "Create Ad" in your advertiser’s dashboard:
Choose the type of your Ad:
* Text-Graphic Block - native ad block with text and image that integrates into app’s content
* Fullscreen banner - fullscreen ad styled as a Telegram message, seamlessly integrated to boost user attention
You can find all about available formats and examples [here](https://docs.tads.me/resourses/ad-formats).
Upload an image and fill in the ad details:
Fill in the required fields below:
* URL - a destination URL
* Ad Category - the subject of the ad, not the placement of the ad
* User-Defined CPM/CPC - your base CPC or CPM (depends on the ad format). This cost serves as the starting point for calculations of impression/click costs, taking into your targeting criteria. The calculated value is displayed in the “Final CPC/CPM” field.
## 3. Define Limits
You can define any necessary campaign limits for your ad:
* Daily views limit per user - how many times the same user can see the ad per day
* Budget limit for Ad - total budget for the entire campaign.
* End Date — the final day the ad will run.
The ad will stop automatically when the budget limit is reached or the end date is passed.
## 4. Choose Targeting options
Choose your targeting options:
Some of targeting options has its own coefficient that affects the final price used in the auction. You can read more about all targeting parameters [here](/docs/getting-started/advertisers/ad-targeting.md).
## 5. Exclude or target Audience
[How to enable Audience targeting](/docs/getting-started/advertisers/ad-targeting/audience.md)
Choose one of the following targeting options:
* Exclude audience – your ad will not be shown to these users (target new users)
* Target audience – your ad will be shown only to these users
Combining this targeting with others (country, locales, etc.) may significantly reduce the available reach. If your ad shows very low delivery after launch, consider turning off additional targeting to expand your audience.
## 6. Save and launch Ad
Finally click "Create Ad" and [top up your balance](https://docs.tads.me/resourses/payment). We recommend starting with a minimum budget of $300.
After creating, the ad will then be submitted for [moderation](https://docs.tads.me/resourses/moderation). \
It initially appears on the dashboard with a "Review" [status](https://docs.tads.me/getting-started/advertisers/ad-statuses). Once it passes moderation, its status changes to "Hold".\
At that point, you must manually launch the ad from the dashboard:
***
## Editing Ad Settings
You can update your ad settings at any time. Changing the creative or category sends it back to moderation. Adjusting CPC/CPM or targeting does not require re-approval — just save your changes, and the campaign continues with the updated parameters.

# Ad Analysis
After your ad passes moderation and is launched, data will begin appearing in the dashboard. Metrics may take up to an hour to update, so initial results might not be visible right away.
Currently, there are two available dashboards:
* Overall statistics for the selected period
* A daily breakdown, either for all ads or a specific one
Detailed explanations of each metric you can see in the [glossary](https://docs.tads.me/resourses/glossary).
---
# Ad Statuses
* **Review** - the ad has been created and is currently under moderation.
* **Rejected** - the ad did not pass moderation. If you disagree with the decision or need more information, contact [@tads\_manager](https://t.me/tads_manager).
* **On hold** - the ad has passed moderation but is paused until you choose to launch it, or it has been stopped manually.
* **Active** - the ad is running and being shown to users.

How to launch an ad campaign?
Register in your personal account: [https://tads.me/register](https://tads.me/register?source=docs\&intent=advertiser)\
Use the full integration guide to embed the widget into your app:
Where will my ads be shown?
We work with 100+ Telegram Mini Apps. Here are a few examples:

What bidding models are available?
The bidding model depends on the ad format:
* Text-Graphic Block uses CPC (cost per click)
* Fullscreen Banner uses CPM (cost per 1,000 impressions)
How to choose the optimal bid?
When setting up a campaign, you start by entering your own bid. After configuring targeting, the platform will display the final bid based on your selected parameters.\
You can launch the campaign at this rate and increase it later to get more traffic if needed.
For narrow targeting, it's recommended to set a bid above the suggested minimum to increase your chances of winning auctions.
How long does ad moderation take?
Moderation usually takes 1-3 hours on weekdays and 3-5 hours on weekends.\
Our moderation team operates between 06:00 and 18:00 UTC.
Why was my ad rejected?
Ad may be rejected if it doesn’t comply with our content policies. The full list of rejection reasons is available here:
The specific number of the reason will be shown next to the ad status in your dashboard.
Why isn’t my ad being shown?
First, check that the ad status is **Active** and your account has sufficient balance, and the end date hasn’t passed.
If you’ve applied narrow targeting (e.g. uncommon geo or language and Telegram Premium users), your potential audience may be too limited. Try to expand your targeting settings to increase reach.
If everything is correct and the ad still isn’t serving, contact [our support](https://t.me/tads_manager).
How much new audience can I reach?
The volume of new users you can reach depends on many factors — such as your campaign strategy, product type, and how fast your landing page loads.
To exclude current users from targeting, you can use audience targeting filters.\
Learn more here:
How does the ad category work?
The category defines the topic of your ad and ensures it’s only shown in apps that allow this type of content.
How to top up my balance?
You can top up your advertiser balance in the personal account.\
We accept payments in USD₮ on the TRC20 network only. For other networks, please contact [our support](https://t.me/tads_manager).
What if the funds haven’t been credited?
Make sure the payment was sent using the TRC20 network. In most cases, funds are credited within 2 hours.
If you used a different network by mistake, or if the transfer is delayed, please contact [our support](https://t.me/tads_manager).
